World Cup Winner Formula

There are amazing formula for foot ball game this year, there is a certain similar number that rewind until three times or for about 20 years from 1974 to 1996:

Brazil become a winner on the last World Cup 1994, and before also become a winner on the year of 1970. If we add those number become: 1994 + 1970 = 3964.

Argentina become a winner of World Cup on 1986 and before that this team become a winner on 1978, the same result if we add those year number: 1978 + 1986 = 3964.

Germany become a world cup winner on the year of 1990 and before also become a winner on year 1974. The strange similar result of those number if we add 1974 + 1990 = 3964.

If just hold to the above number become the base formula, so 3964 – 2010 = 1954. The winner of 1954 winner is Germany, this is 100% right, so who is the winner on this year 2010, we don’t know. Is the above formula still valid to determine of the winner on 2010. There is a deviation on the formula, because if we follow to the mathematical formula, the number should be add are 1954 + 1974 and the result is 3928, the different number of the above base number.
