Analysis Model
Using of questionnaire model for question sometime make people confused, because beside they must fill the question, they also make a score for every question they are filled. This model often used in human resource like in performance appraisal, training evaluation and many kind of questionnaire. The goal of this question want get objective data but using un-objective model that make the results are not objective anymore. People who should fill this questionnaire sometime have difficulties to define the score of every question that sometime huge question, they are very bored and often not read the question anymore because confused of how many number should be filled in.
